Video Walk Thru And Price Opinion Of 16019 SW Hawk Ct Sherwood OR 97140
Overall the home shows well and appears to be in overall good condition. The roof has had moss but does appear to have been treated. There are a few windows with blown seals, which will need addressing. The furnace appears to be original to the home. I recommend a full home inspection if you decide to move forward. The location at the end of a Cul-De-Sac in Sherwood school district is appealing, however the rear of the home overlooks two simi-busy streets, Ladd Hill and Sunset Blvd. This and price is the obvious reasons this home is still on the market.
Listed at $399,000 in this market for a home of this size and condition is not abnormal. However, given the location of this home, windows, time on market, plus knowing the current owner bought the home for $300,500 in March of this year leads me to the opinion this homes is over priced and should sell in the price range of $365,000-$370,000.
