Overall the home shows well and appears to be in overall good condition. The roof has had moss but does appear to have been treated. There are a few windows with blown seals, which will need addressing. The furnace appears to be original to the home. I recommend a full home inspection if you decide to move forward. Listed at $399,000 in this market for a home of this size and condition is not abnormal. However, given the location of this home, windows, time on market, plus knowing the current owner bought the home for $300,500 in March of this year leads me to the opinion this homes is over priced and should sell in the price range of $365,000-$370,000.
