We do have affordable rentals available now and some coming up soon. If you or someone you know is looking to rent, please share this with them.

Our Property Management arm has added a new tech feature to our showing capabilities. Now upon registering, prospective tenants can tour a property at their convenience, through our self guided tour feature. It allows folks to view any vacant ready to rent property any day between 8 am and 8 pm. There are security measures in place. The tenant submits a credit card which is verified, they snap a photo of their State ID and submit along with a minor pre-qualification event. The geo settings on their phone require the verified phone be in the vicinity of the rental in order to open the electronic lock-box.  We know who and when they entered the property and the code expires shortly after the viewing.
