Liberty First Realty Announces the Addition of After Hour Emergency Triage Repair Service

It's inevitable, just like a tooth ache, something is bound to go wrong late at night, or worse on a major holiday. With our latest storm approaching I have some good news to share with you just in case our tenants need it, our after-hour emergency service line. We are concerned about all our tenant’s safety, continuity of services and the proper care and preservation of the homes under our management.  As a result we have been working on our after-hour emergency service line for some time now and it is fitting we can make this service available our tenants’ today. I am proud to announce the activation of our after-hour emergency repair line. This is a vast improvement over our previous method. Now tenants have immediate access to qualified service even when the office is closed. The service professional will qualify and triage the tenants’ specific emergency and if necessary for tenant safety or preservation of your property will contact our vendors and dispatch of a qualified repairman. Any calls deemed a non-emergency will be scheduled for our office to address and schedule the next available business day.

WeRepair Dude are including this service at no additional charge to you and feel it is an important step in providing value added quality Property Management Services. This service will reduce our after-hour tenant response time in an emergency by an estimated 57%. Thank you for continuing to honor me and our team at Liberty First Realty with your trust and business.
