Now upon registering, prospective tenants can tour a property at their convenience, through our self guided tour feature. It allows folks to view any vacant ready to rent property any day between 8 am and 8 pm. There are security measures in place. The tenant submits a credit card which is verified, they snap a photo of their State ID and submit along with a minor pre-qualification event. The geo settings on their phone require the verified phone be in the vicinity of the rental in order to open the electronic lock-box.  We know who and when they entered the property and the code expires shortly after the viewing.
